Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services. Review our return and refund policies below.

Repair Services

For repair services, the following refund policy applies:

  • Diagnostic Fee: Non-refundable once diagnostic work has begun
  • Repair Cancellation: If you cancel before repair begins, you will receive a full refund minus a $10 cancellation processing fee
  • Failed Repairs: If we are unable to repair your device, you will receive a full refund of the repair fee (diagnostic fee still applies)
  • Unsatisfactory Results: If you are not satisfied with the repair within 7 days of delivery, contact us for a reassessment

Product Returns

For purchased products (refurbished GPUs, components, custom builds):

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging
  • Restocking Fee: 15% restocking fee applies to all product returns
  • Refurbished GPUs: Must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • Custom Builds: Non-returnable unless there is a defect covered by warranty
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Inspection takes 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Non-Refundable Items

The following items/services cannot be refunded:

  • Diagnostic services once performed
  • Custom PC builds (unless defective)
  • Thermal paste, thermal pads, and other consumables once opened
  • Special order parts purchased specifically for your repair
  • Extended warranty packages (non-transferable and non-refundable)
  • Shipping and delivery fees

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items:

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Photos or video evidence of defect/damage required
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns
  • Replacement will be shipped once we receive the defective item

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@gpudoctor.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Return Authorization: Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package Item: Securely package the item with all original accessories and documentation
  4. Ship Back: Use the provided shipping label or ship at your expense (depending on reason for return)
  5. Track Return: Keep your tracking number for reference
