Standard 2 Days - FREE

Perfect for quick peace of mind

  • Covers only the specific issue that was repaired
  • Valid for 2 days from delivery date
  • No additional cost

Standard 10 Days - $10

Extended coverage for repaired issues

  • Covers only the specific issue that was repaired
  • Valid for 10 days from delivery date
  • One-time fee of $10

Standard 30 Days - $25

Month-long coverage for repaired issues

  • Covers only the specific issue that was repaired
  • Valid for 30 days from delivery date
  • One-time fee of $25

Extended 10 Days - $20

Comprehensive protection for all GPU issues

  • Covers ALL problems with the GPU, not just repaired issues
  • Valid for 10 days from delivery date
  • One-time fee of $20

Extended 30 Days - $40

Maximum protection for complete peace of mind

  • Covers ALL problems with the GPU, not just repaired issues
  • Valid for 30 days from delivery date
  • One-time fee of $40

Note: You can select your warranty package from your device dashboard once your repair is complete and ready for pickup. The warranty period starts from the date you receive your device.

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Physical damage, liquid spills, or misuse after repair
  • Improper installation or incompatible system components
  • Overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications
  • Natural disasters, power surges, or electrical issues
  • Modifications made by third parties after our service
  • Normal wear and tear on thermal pads or paste (replaceable annually)

How to File a Warranty Claim

Filing a warranty claim is simple through your customer dashboard:

  1. Log into Your Dashboard: Navigate to your device details page
  2. Click "Claim Warranty": Use the purple warranty claim button (only visible for devices with active warranties that have been delivered)
  3. Automatic Notification: Our admin team will be immediately notified of your warranty claim
  4. Review & Approval: We'll review your claim and contact you within 24 hours
  5. Shipping Instructions: If approved, we'll provide shipping instructions for your device
  6. Repair & Return: We'll service your device and return it within 3-5 business days

Important: Warranty claims can only be filed for devices that have been marked as delivered and have an active warranty within the coverage period.

Warranty Transfer

Our standard and extended warranties are transferable to subsequent owners. To transfer a warranty, the new owner must notify us within 30 days of purchase with proof of ownership transfer. There may be a small administrative fee for warranty transfers on extended plans.
